Seraphim Kennels

 Our beginning into the dog world was a wonderful English Springer Spaniel named Joshua.  He was a wonderful pet and companion hunter.

We got the show bug in the early 80’s and purchased our first English Cocker Spaniel, Levi from Carolyn DeFiore.  He had a great start before his injury that ended his career as a show dog but did go on to receive his CD obedience title in true engie form, we had many spectators clap for his sheer joy of being out there, but lack of concentration to give a polished performance.

Out of the limited breeding and showing, we owner handled one to a show champion and four more obedience titles with the springers and the engies. Our main goal with the dogs has always been to produce healthy happy family pets, hunting companions and if lucky, show prospects.

 We were extremely lucky to have acquired our first Hungarian Wired-Haired Vizslas from Bill Stone, with the guided help of our long time friend, Carolyn DeFiore.

 We have had so much fun with this wonderful breed and hope to help the breed gain a healthy growth in the states.
